Terms
Last updated 16 October 2026
Using Screenshopped means agreeing to these terms. They are between you and Victorious Eluwade, who runs it from the United Kingdom.
What the service does
You upload screenshots. We try to work out what the product is and find places selling it. You choose which link is right and build a wishlist you can share.
What we do not promise
- That the products we suggest are the right ones. They are guesses from a picture, which is why you confirm each link yourself.
- That prices are current or correct. Prices come from search results and change without us knowing.
- That any shop listed will ship to you, honour a price, or still have stock.
- That the service will always be available, or that we will keep your data forever.
We are not the seller. Buying anything is between you and that shop, on their terms.
What you promise
- You have the right to upload the screenshots you upload.
- You will not upload anything unlawful, or anything containing someone else's personal information that you have no right to share.
- You will not use the service to break the law, or try to break, overload or scrape it.
Other people's content
Product names, descriptions, prices and images shown here come from the shops selling them and belong to those shops or their brands. They are shown to help you find the product. If you own such content and want it removed, write to eluwadevictorious@gmail.com and we will take it down.
Your wishlist
Anyone with your wishlist link can see it and mark items as claimed. Claiming is anonymous and unverified, so treat it as a hint rather than a promise that someone has actually bought something.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it, including a purchase that went wrong at another shop. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
